One-Stop Enrollment will be held at the Altus High School Cafeteria on Friday, July 31, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. One-Stop Enrollment is for all students enrolling for the first time in Altus Public Schools or Head Start. All Altus students must complete an Online Registration and complete paperwork at One-Stop Enrollment before they are considered enrolled in Altus Public Schools. Online Registration can be completed at One-Stop Enrollment or can be completed before One-Stop at: www.altusps.com
Please bring the following items to One Stop Enrollment: Proof of residency (such as property title, current utility bill, or rent receipt), birth certificates for students entering school for the first time (K & Pre-K), current immunization records, Social Security numbers for each child (optional), previous school records, and proof of custody (for children not living with a parent).
